Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for getting rigged with RAILBLAZA Canada!

Item(s) are available for return once they have shipped. A full refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unused merchandise within 30 business days to the original form of payment. Items that are beyond 30 days from that date will no longer be available for return.

You must meet the following requirements to make a return:
  • * 2024 Holiday Return Policy: To make your holiday shopping worry-free, we’ve extended our return window. Any purchases made between November 1, 2024, and January 1, 2025, can be returned until January 30, 2025. Happy Holidays!
  • The product must have been purchased within the past 30 days
  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product must be unused and free of damage
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from RAILBLAZA Canada

Please include your RMA number on the outside of the box for faster processing. Our returns take up to 10-14 business days to process after we receive the package. Please note that it may take additional time to post your account depending on your bank or financial institution.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs — and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping —  both to and from RAILBLAZA Canada.

Damaged Items

Please notify RAILBLAZA Canada immediately if you receive a damaged product. We will work to right the situation as quickly as possible.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded. We regret any inconvenience this might cause.
